Florida pilot terms
These terms keep the pilot’s limits clear.
Who may use it
You must be at least 18. You must provide accurate information you may lawfully share.
Reports are guidance
Claude returns a fixed readiness signal. Transfern builds the report from your inputs. Reports are not appraisals, legal advice, title reports, or cemetery approval.
Document review
“Document reviewed” means a person checked the submitted record against listing details. It does not prove title.
Cemetery control
Each cemetery controls its transfer rules, fees, forms, timing, and final decision.
Place search
Google results can be incomplete or wrong. Choose the exact cemetery or funeral home. You may enter it by hand. Confirm the office before you rely on its contact details.
No transaction service
The pilot does not process payments, hold escrow, sign documents, or guarantee a buyer.
Document safety
Upload only records you may share for review. The pilot checks basic file facts. It does not provide a full malware scan.
Your duties
Do not upload false, altered, harmful, or unauthorized documents. Do not misstate ownership.
Pilot changes
Features may change while testing continues. Material changes will receive a new effective date.
Privacy
The privacy notice explains how pilot data is handled.
