Privacy notice
This notice explains the Florida pilot in plain language.
What we collect
We collect your email, plot details, report inputs, saved searches, and submitted deed images. When you choose a Google result, we keep its Place ID with the name and city you confirm. We do not save the Google phone, street address, or website. A report draft stays in this browser for your account until you submit, sign out, or clear site data. For abuse limits, we turn your IP address into a one-way code. We store the code, not the plain address. The pilot does not yet delete these coded rate-limit records on a timer.
Why we use it
We use the data to create reports, review listings, show safe listing fields, and operate the pilot.
Claude and report data
Claude receives only closed report choices. Place names, cities, Place IDs, contact details, and deed files are not sent to Claude.
Private documents
Deed images use private storage. Public listings never include deed paths, contact details, or review notes. The pilot accepts only JPG and PNG images. It decodes and rebuilds each image before review. It does not run a full malware scan.
Document retention
A submitted, rebuilt deed stays with its private listing and review record during the pilot. A daily job removes abandoned raw uploads after they are at least three hours old. Job delays can make that longer. Contact support to ask for access or deletion. We review each request and may keep records when law or a safety need requires it.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the app. Supabase provides accounts, database storage, and file storage. Anthropic drafts structured reports. Google Places finds cemeteries and funeral homes. Search text goes to Google when you type. Launch HQ can load current Google contact details for a selected place. Cloudflare runs the security check at sign-in. Your browser connects to Cloudflare for that check.
Measurement
We record limited product events, such as Florida landing visits and report starts. We do not use sensitive remarketing lists.
Ad attribution
The Florida landing page stores first and latest campaign tags on your device. It also stores the landing path, referrer host, a random session ID, visit times, and a raw Google click ID when present. A report can send those fields to Transfern. The server hashes a Google click ID before database storage. Campaign values that look like contact data are rejected. Clear site data to remove the browser copy. No conversion data is sent to Google now. Delivery stays off until you consent and Alex approves the exact account and action.
Your choices
Do not upload a document unless you want it reviewed. You can stop before submitting a listing. Use the support address to ask about your data or account.
